By using Gus Mail ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You may not use Gus Mail to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without notice.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Gus Mail employs zero-access encryption; we cannot recover lost passwords.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced via our status page when possible.

4. Data Retention

Deleted messages are purged from our servers within 14 days. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gus Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
